It's been a week since the last post and the frame is complete. The sitting room gable has been erected and we now have an upper floor.
The full height definitely gives more of a feeling of space and we're really happy with the sling brace in the sitting room and the effect of the frame in the master bedroom in particular.

| Emmanuel, Yasmine and Elliot came to visit. Not sure what Julian's pointing at but it apparently didn't make much of an impression! |

We spent Saturday looking at bathroom tiles and organising a quote for the flue for the woodburning stove. We were able to walk down from the flat to Stoke Park to see the fireworks. Hopefully this time next year we'll be walking into Cranleigh instead!
