Starting on site
We've appointed a builder/project manager, Andy, and we've received the proposed programme of works.
It's starting to sink in how many decisions we're going to have to make and how quickly.

We're hoping to be in by late Spring 2017. Are we being overly optimistic? Definitely on schedule for Julian's 50th birthday party - albeit a year after the event!
The fence is being erected from Thursday 30 June and Julian's applied for a new gas connection.
